Solid stay with a unique hot tub experience

I appreciated the underground heated parking as it kept the car warm (the weather was quite cold). The grotto hot tub pools were very cool and my kids loved them. I also found the staff friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions quickly.
Our queen room lacked a mini-fridge which was an inconvenience. I wish there was one to store drinks and snacks.

The spacious queen room featured fantastic beds that provided comfortable sleep. Daily housekeeping ensured the room was clean and tidy. the room did not have a mini-fridge.

The hotel is a short walk to most things. The location allowed easy access to the Roam bus, regardless of direction. This made getting around town very simple.
