The check in process was fast after my long flight. My room was large it was clean and well decorated. The room had everything I needed including an iron board a kettle and a coffee machine.
My room was on the third floor it was not overly spacious. The room was by the walkway at the open roof of the cave pool it was noisy. Staff told me they were closing soon I could not get a drink one evening.

Our visit was so magical!!! i adored the two-bedroom suite. it included a wonderful living room, a kitchen, and a balcony. It seemed like our own apartment. i also appreciated that parking was located right below the hotel.

the staff offered help, and that support was nice. daily housekeeping was also a benefit. fast check-in occurred after a long flight, and i was grateful because i was tired.

the casual bar served meals, and that included breakfast sandwiches to-go. the restaurant provided nice meals with good service, and the staff were friendly. i visited the restaurant in the evening twice.

i enjoyed a unique indoor hot tub with a grotto theme. laundry was onsite. the hotel provided free electronic safe, so our belongings were secured. the facility had power outlets with usb charging points.

Convenient Location with Great Amenities

The hotel offered convenient parking, both underground and on the street. The staff replaced my broken safe within five minutes of my call. I liked that the hotel provides free bus passes with a stop right at the hotel. The hot tub was an amazing cave-like grotto.
The pillows in the room were a bit too thick for my liking, causing some neck soreness.

The on-site restaurant offers convenient dining options for late arrivals and early departures. It serves mainly mexican food and features quality meals, though i didn't like it that much. The hotel bar, chili's, closes at 9:45 pm on weekdays and 11 pm on weekends.

Though the bed didn't have a fitted sheet, the room had a coffee machine. I also found that the walls are paper-thin so you can clearly hear your neighbors.

Solid stay with a unique hot tub experience
heated parking grotto hot tub helpful staff
I appreciated the underground heated parking as it kept the car warm (the weather was quite cold). The grotto hot tub pools were very cool and my kids loved them. I also found the staff friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions quickly.
Our queen room lacked a mini-fridge which was an inconvenience. I wish there was one to store drinks and snacks.

The hotel is a short walk to most things. The location allowed easy access to the Roam bus, regardless of direction. This made getting around town very simple.

I appreciated the complimentary bus passes. This made getting around the area easy. Underground parking was available and free. The hot pool was relaxing after a day outdoors. I found the staff helpful.
